Technology is constantly evolving. In order to ensure we use the best and most secure technology, we are always investing time in product testing.
Sometimes, a product we have used for a while may become obsolete or be passed by a better, more secure product. If we change products, it is not casting apersions on the outgoing solution, we are simply ensuring our customers get the best package we can provide.
As a rule of thumb, assets that need to be covered under our Managed Services Agreement must be in warranty/have a valid Care Pack, and not be end of life (as per manufacturer lifecycles). Any product that is end of life or out of warranty may not be supported by us, or may incur additional charges.
